Please recommend a product for extreme dry skin care.

They say wrinkles form on the lips as you age, and I’m really realizing the importance of lip care as I get older. My lips are always dry, cracked, and parched, and no matter what I apply, the relief is only temporary. Now that the seasons are changing, I’m worried that they will only get drier. I’ve heard Etude Sugar Lip has been famous for a while; is it okay to apply it like a lip mask before bed? Please recommend a good product for extremely dry lips.
