I have been consistently using B.Plain Mung Bean Cooling Moisture Sunscreen for several years now. It doesn't cake even when I apply cushion foundation over it, and I think it is great because it slightly lowers my skin temperature!

Are there body washes specifically for back acne? Hmm, I tend to get breakouts if there is leftover treatment. It's fine if I wash it off thoroughly with body wash after using the treatment.

When it comes to dead skin cells, rather than using a scrub (I've heard that for dry skin like ours, frequent scrubbing can easily damage the skin barrier since it's already dry enough), if the dead skin softens while washing, I just gently rub it off naturally with my fingertips. I tend to use a lot of powder these days. Instead, before going out or right after washing up and before bed, I slather on moisturizer like a dumpling! It's getting hotter, so I'm really worried about this too.
