Has anyone tried the Tirtir Mask Fit All Cover Cushion 17C?

Since my skin tone is usually on the lighter side, I tend to look at the #17 line when choosing a cushion. This time, I decided to try the Tirtir Mask Fit All Cover Cushion 17 C Porcelain.

I love the packaging because it's shaped like a cute pink pebble, and I have high expectations because I've heard rumors that it has good coverage! Has anyone actually used this product frequently?

Since I have a skin type that leans towards dryness, I am slightly worried that if it has a matte finish, it might become patchy or dry over time.

I'm wondering if it's better to moisturize with a hydrating base before applying it, or if it's better to lightly prep my skin to ensure better adhesion!
