Is it okay to wash my face with a showerhead?

When I shower, I sometimes spray water on my face with the showerhead while washing my hair and body.

I was wondering if it is okay to wash my face with the shower water directed directly at it.

I've also heard that the water temperature or pressure could irritate the skin.

Is using a showerhead to wash my face really bad for my skin?

Do you all wash your faces with the showerhead when you shower?

Or do you wash your face separately with lukewarm water?
