What matte makeup products are there that don't look dry?

My skin is a bit on the dry side.

So I always go for a hydrating and radiant glow makeup look.

I like the glow makeup because it gives a radiant glow, but it comes off too easily...

I think I use cushions three times faster than others.

Matte makeup definitely lasts longer than glow makeup, but I noticed it has the downside of looking a bit dry...

So, since I rarely do matte makeup, I'm not very familiar with recent matte makeup products.

I wonder if these shortcomings have been somewhat addressed...

Is there by any chance a product that is somewhere between glow and matte that doesn't look dry?

Or I'm curious about matte makeup tips~
