Is there a makeup product that completely controls oil?

My skin is oily.
So, it is natural for a lot of oil to come out even after just a short while following face washing.
Even after trying sebum control products and oil blotting papers, my skin is still an oil paradise.
Is there by any chance a powerful makeup item that completely controls oil?
If you know of any, please recommend them.
Summer is coming soon, and I'm scared to go around in an oily paradise again.
