Lately, I’ve become interested in skincare, and I’m thinking about how to properly start with cleansing, which is considered the most basic step.
I usually wash my face with just water in the morning and use a cleanser in the evening.
People around me say that you should use a facial cleanser in the morning as well to thoroughly remove the sebum and impurities that have accumulated overnight.
However, others say that washing too often strips the skin of its necessary oils, which can actually make it dry and sensitive, so I am not sure which method is right.
Especially these days, my face gets oily by the afternoon, but feels tight underneath, so I'm wondering if my cleansing habits are the problem.
Has anyone experienced improved skin after increasing or decreasing the frequency of washing their face?
While it may vary depending on skin type, I would appreciate it if you could let me know if there are any methods you have actually seen results from or any cleansing habits you recommend.
