Hi, I went on a trip to Southeast Asia last week, but I must have neglected my skincare so much that my whole body and face got pitch black; I’ve turned into a total darkie.
I feel so upset every time I look in the mirror. I have to go to work right now and I have important plans.
My face looks so dark now that it looks like this, and my makeup is all cakey, so it's really hard.
My skin still feels a bit hot and extremely dry. Is it okay to apply a brightening ampoule or vitamin cosmetics right away in this state? Or should I soothe it with something like aloe gel first? I am refraining from exfoliating for now because I am worried about irritation.
