Should I apply sunscreen to my neck?

I use mineral sunscreen

It feels stuffy when applied to the neck, too.

I don't apply it to my face; I only use it on my face, and I apply a base that matches my neck and skin tone.

Or would it be better to apply a sun stick all over my neck?
