How do you touch up your makeup?

I am not getting too thick

I didn't like it, so after wiping it off a bit

Moisturize a bit with something like a moisturizing balm.

Then on top of that

I usually revise it again.

But wiping it off itself is a quick fix

It feels like it makes things difficult and constantly irritates the skin.

I'm conflicted.

I am curious how others fix issues like creasing around the nose or skin clumping over time.
