I just opened a new bottle of cleansing water... I'd like to ask how to use it.

I've only used cleansing oil, so this is my first time using cleansing water.

There are many days when I even apply sunscreen, and

I wear makeup sometimes, too.

Does it remove makeup well if I soak a cotton pad with cleansing water and gently wipe my face?

It seems like it's wiping off, but...

I haven't tried using it with mascara yet...
