Do I need to double cleanse with cleansing oil even for organic sunscreens?

I only use mineral sunscreen.

For mineral sunscreens, you need to double cleanse with cleansing oil.

I'm wondering if I need to do a second cleanse even with organic sunscreen.

It's too much of a hassle to double cleanse ^^;;;

If it's not strictly necessary, I'd like to switch to organic insurance.
