I wonder how bad it is for my skin to go to sleep without removing my makeup.

On tiring days, there are times when I fall asleep without properly removing my makeup.
Even though it seemed fine that day, I felt like my skin condition was different the next day.
I was especially concerned on days when my skin looked rough or breakouts occurred.
I was also curious if sleeping with makeup on really has a big impact on pores.
I was even more confused because some people said it's okay to do it once, while others said it's the worst habit for the skin.
I wanted to know if recovery is possible if I cleanse thoroughly, or if even a single irritation accumulates.
I was especially worried if it was worse if the cushion or sunscreen was still intact.
I felt confused about the standards because there was also talk that the cleansing process is more important than makeup.
I think everyone has probably experienced it at least once, but I am curious about how much it actually affects the skin.
