I have extremely dry and sensitive skin (Cool Summer). Is there a solution for flaky skin?

I am a summer cool-toned user who usually uses shades 17 to 21.

My skin type is very picky, so I am posting this to ask for advice from the cafe members.

Currently, my skin has gone beyond simple dryness to extreme dryness with added sensitivity. It becomes sensitive immediately if my condition is even slightly off, and I am really worried because my makeup feels like it cakes on top of my skin and looks white. Especially since I have a cool summer complexion, my skin needs to look clear to look pretty, but because the dryness accentuates dead skin cells, the redness stands out even more, making my overall look dull.

I usually avoid foundation because it feels heavy and suffocating, so I tend to do light makeup mainly using tone-up creams or cushions. Until recently, I have been using products like the Dalba Cushion and Eyerenol Cushion, but I am wondering if I must strictly stick to hydrating types given my current skin condition, or if I should find a different solution in my basic skincare routine.

Is there anyone out there with sensitive, extremely dry skin like me who can recommend a holy grail cushion?
