I am worried about my uneven skin texture and dead skin cells.

Maybe it's because of the weather lately, but my skin has become noticeably dry and rough, and the texture is a complete mess.
Even after washing my face and applying my basic skincare products, my skin still feels dry.
I felt like the cosmetics weren't absorbing properly into my skin.
I thought the cause might be dead skin cells, so I tried using a scrub product, but
Maybe because my skin is on the sensitive side, it was quite irritating.
So, I actually got more skin problems.
My cosmetics don't absorb well and feel like they just sit on the surface, so I am looking for products to use during the basic skincare routine.
