I'm curious about winter moisturizing care for combination skin.

I have combination skin. How should I moisturize during the winter?

I am currently using a hydrating serum and cream, and I am wondering if adding oil would be helpful.

My T-zone is oily while my cheeks are dry, making it difficult to balance. Is there a way to manage this? I would also like to know if I absolutely need to use oil, and if so, at which stage of the routine it is best to apply.

I would also like to know some moisturizing tips to keep my skin hydrated before applying makeup in the winter.
