Does the B.PROVE sun gel really have almost no white cast? I've never used Daiso sunscreen before, so I'm curious haha.

I'm curious too. I heard that doing a face mask every day is too much for the skin.

I have been consistently using B.Plain Mung Bean Cooling Moisture Sunscreen for several years now. It doesn't cake even when I apply cushion foundation over it, and I think it is great because it slightly lowers my skin temperature!

I think it actually flared up due to dryness or a compromised skin barrier. You need to pay more attention to moisturizing. If you exfoliate that area again, your skin becomes sensitive and irritated.

I tend to keep my base makeup a bit lighter before applying it, and then finish with a pressed powder or loose powder.

I use a peeling product once in a while. If I use it too often, my skin gets dry.

I also have severe internal dryness. I just found out that facial oils exist. I'll have to look into what products are available!

I always carry blotting paper with me and try to stick to matte finishes. Alternatively, I find that moisturizing my skin thoroughly and then layering a very dry foundation on top helps to reduce the problem.

I completely agree with your point that cleansing is more important than skincare. If the cleanser doesn't suit you, acne or irritation is bound to occur, so I am really looking forward to sharing your gentle routine.

Since your skin type is similar to mine, I've actually been looking for a product like this as well! I'm currently using Estra Barrier Cream. I guess I should try this one too.
