๐ญ๐ฆ I have dead skin flaking around my mouth. Is it because my skin is dry?
I have combination skin, so the area around my nose is oily while the rest of my face tends to be dry. However, since last week, dead skin cells have been appearing around my mouth like this.
Even though I take care of my basic skincare and moisturizing sufficiently by using the Atobarrier Essence and Lotion set and the Cica La Rosu Skin Balm, it still flares up like this.
Just in case, I tried exfoliating with a peeling gel last week, but it didn't help. Should I use a cream or oil with better moisturizing properties?
It's stressing me out because it looks bad, too.
For what reason does dead skin peel around the mouth?
I would appreciate it if you could recommend some helpful products or methods.
