What are some good tone-up sunscreens for summer?

Since I have dry skin, I think a slightly more moisturizing product would be better.

Since it's summer, my freckles seem to stand out more, so I'm worried and need tone-up sunscreen even more.

It would be even better if it naturally brightened the skin tone when applied and had good spreadability.
