Moisturizing Cushion Recommendations | I have dry skin, are there any cushions that give a pretty glow?

I have dry skin, and now that the weather is getting chilly, my makeup is caking really badly.
The dead skin cells are particularly noticeable around the sides of the nose and mouth.
My skin looks dry and dull by the afternoon, so I'm thinking of changing my cushion foundation.
I usually prefer a dewy finish with a subtle glow rather than a matte look.
If you buy a cushion because it's advertised as moisturizing, the glow is pretty only at first, and

I don't mind if the coverage isn't super high; I'd like a cushion that adheres thinly to the skin and gives a natural glow!!
