Moisturizing cream for inner dryness in combination skin

This is the cream I've been using recently (it has a somewhat heavy texture, so I didn't really like it for the summer).

My skin is so dry these days, I'm really worried.

Normally, using just a light essence or lotion was fine in the summer, but lately, my skin feels extremely dry from within, and my makeup is flaking like crazy. Especially after washing my face, it feels like the moisture evaporates immediately, so I feel like I have to apply something right away.

So I'm trying to find a good moisturizer, but there are so many types that I don't know which one would be best.

I have combination skin that leans towards oiliness, so overly rich textures feel heavy, but gel types seem to evaporate too quickly.

Could you possibly recommend a moisturizer that is sufficiently hydrating but absorbs well without being sticky?
