마스크팩 하기 전에 저는 결 정돈하고 팩 에센스 먼저 바르고 나서 시트 붙여요
Hello! I've been really into skincare lately, and I have so many questions about mask pack care, so I'm posting this.
Actually, I've been using face masks consistently, but I wasn't really sure if I was doing the before and after care properly. When I look at Instagram or YouTube, it seems like everyone does it differently.
I'm curious about what preparations you make before using a face mask. I assume you cleanse, but how do you handle toner or essence? I'm also wondering if exfoliation is necessary. In particular, I'd like to know if the routine differs depending on whether it's a sheet mask or a wash-off mask.
I'm really confused about how to care for my face after a face mask. I'm not sure if I should wash off the remaining essence or just leave it on and move on to the next step. One friend says it's best to rinse with cold water after using a mask, but another friend tells me to just gently pat it in with my hands to help it absorb.
I'm also curious about what products I should apply after the face mask. Is it okay to apply serum, lotion, and cream in that order? Or should I just finish simply since the mask has already provided sufficient nourishment?
I’d like to know if skincare routines differ depending on skin type. I have combination skin; my T-zone is oily, while my cheeks tend to be dry. What is the best approach for this?
Lastly, I'm also curious about the frequency of face masks. Is it okay to use them every day, or is it about a few times a week appropriate? Glow skin is the trend these days, isn't it? I want to achieve healthy, hydrated skin, so I would be really grateful if you could share your tips and tricks!
Please share lots of great tips!
