The term was unfamiliar to me, but it seems like something I've often seen on TV during celebrity makeup sessions. As a beginner, it's not easy to try because I'm afraid it might look like I'm wearing heavy makeup. I think this is a necessary makeup technique for faces like mine, which lack dimension due to a low nose bridge and flat cheekbones.
