Please recommend a contouring shading stick.

I want to try contouring makeup, which is supposedly all the rage these days. I want to add shading to my nose and chin to make my nose look higher and my face look smaller, but I'm so clumsy with makeup that I'm not sure if I'll be able to do it well lol.

I'm terrible at using makeup, so please recommend a contouring stick that I can use without feeling self-conscious, rather than something expensive!

Please recommend some products for beginners.
