Honestly, I'm not really sure which is better between kombucha and apple cider vinegar. If anyone has seen results, which product did you use and how did you take it?
I've tried various flavors of Teazen, Jarden, and Furnit Kombucha. Right now, I'm drinking Jaksim Lab Kombucha and Apple Savi that I received as gifts, but I'm not really sure which one is good.
(I tend to be sensitive, but the Teazen berry flavor actually seems to make my stomach feel bloated...)
I'm also wondering if there's a specific way to eat it that I just don't know!
Is there a good timing or method to eat this, such as after a meal, before a meal, or with food?
Or maybe something that goes well with it...
