My lips often get dry. What lip care products are there that keep them moisturized for a long time?

My lips are naturally a bit dry, so I always carry lip balm with me.

It’s winter now so it’s even drier, and even though I’m consistently taking care of my lips, they always end up looking dry, wrinkled, and ugly.

Even though I make sure to apply lip balm and lip gloss carefully from time to time, it's still like this...

I am sensitive to scents, so I mostly use unscented lip products.

Do you use any effective lip care products that provide long-lasting moisture?
