Please recommend a mini cushion.

I don't usually wear makeup often, so I often end up throwing away cushions or foundations after only using them for a short time. That is why I am looking for mini products. I have combination skin (oily T-zone, dry cheeks) and tend to feel hot; when I go indoors after being in a cold place like these days, my cheeks get flushed and red, and my makeup tends to cake. I usually use shade 21. Please give me some recommendations.
