Please recommend a matte lipstick that doesn't emphasize dry skin.

My lips tend to get dry and flaky in the winter.

I take care of it with Vaseline every day, but still

I found that applying matte lipstick accentuated my dry skin.

I tend to avoid glow lips because they don't suit me well.

I'm looking for a moisturizing matte lipstick that doesn't accentuate dry patches. Do you have any recommendations?
