I have dry skin, but my face tends to look a bit oily when I apply foundation. I would like recommendations for makeup products that give a calmer look. I have tried various products, but I want to try one that offers good coverage or one that makes oiliness less noticeable. I don't usually wear heavy makeup, and I prefer shade 21.
