Please recommend a bright, moisturizing cushion for combination skin!

I usually take good care of my skin to cover blemishes and brighten it, so I'm on the fairer side. However, when I use a cushion foundation, it darkens over time due to the darkening effect. Also, since it's winter, my skin is a bit dry and flaky, so it cakes. I plan to skip the base and just do my skincare routine. Is there a cushion that stays white even after time passes? I also want one that doesn't accentuate uneven skin texture!!
