Is it better for the skin to keep cosmetics in the refrigerator?
I've noticed that quite a few people these days keep their cosmetics in the refrigerator before using them.
Especially in the summer, I felt that keeping it chilled and applying it to my face was refreshing and helped cool down the skin's heat a bit, so I thought about trying that for a while.
But suddenly, I became curious.
Does keeping cosmetics cold improve their ingredients or effectiveness?
Conversely, I am also wondering if storing it in the refrigerator could cause the product to spoil or alter its texture due to temperature changes.
Is it okay to refrigerate frequently used products like toners or creams?
I'm confused whether the same applies to serums or functional cosmetics.
I would also like to know if there is actually a difference between putting it in the refrigerator and taking it out to use, and just leaving it in a cool place to use.
I was worried that I might ruin the product by putting everything in the refrigerator just because I heard it was good.
I am curious if anyone who has tried refrigerating cosmetics has actually noticed any difference in texture or skin condition.
