How do I soothe my skin when it stings after hair removal?

Since it's summer, I end up shaving my arms and legs frequently...
I'm worried because sometimes my skin stings a little or turns red after using it.
Especially on days when I hurriedly shaved with a razor... Ugh..
I also felt like my legs were getting bumpy or dry.
I apply body lotion immediately after hair removal.
Some products may feel more stinging when applied.
Aloe vera gel Ina Soothing cream I saw that applying it is good, but I'm wondering if it actually helps!!
How do people who experience skin sensitivity after hair removal manage their skin?
I would like to know if it is better to scrub before hair removal, and if it is better to use a fragrance-free moisturizer afterward.
