Applying regular sunscreen and tone-up sunscreen together?

I have two types: regular sunscreen and tone-up sunscreen.

I usually tend to apply only one product, but I started wondering if it would be okay to apply both to get both tone-up and UV protection.

Do you usually apply only one type of sunscreen?

Can I use regular sunscreen and tone-up sunscreen together?

If I apply both products at the same time, do I have to do the base makeup as well?
