Is there a sunscreen that doesn't strip away moisture?

No matter which sunscreen I use, it seems like there is a characteristic one that gradually draws out moisture over time and causes inner dryness.

I've heard that this is an unavoidable characteristic of sunscreens. Has anyone used a product with less or no such feature? Please give me some recommendations!

I can't use organic sunscreens because my skin is sensitive. Are there any mineral sunscreens that fit this description? Haha.
