Why am I getting so many tiny bumps on my forehead lately? 😭😭

My forehead suddenly went crazy...🥲
It looks fine from a distance.
If you look closely in the mirror, it is bumpy.
It stands out even more when I wear makeup, so I'm so stressed out.

I'm also cleansing diligently.
I've been using exfoliating pads every now and then, but they just don't seem to be going away...😢
I'm not sure if my sebum has increased because it's getting hotter, or if the moisturizer is too heavy.
I really don't understand the reason!!!
I'm afraid squeezing it with my hands will leave a scar.
I have a reference, but every time I look at it, I want to make it so cringe lol😭
