Please recommend a routine or products to soothe the scalp during the summer.
I am asking this question because my scalp seems to have become very sensitive lately as the weather has gotten warmer.
My scalp has always tended to feel hot, but now that summer has arrived, I sweat a lot and my oil production rises quickly. Even after washing my hair, it feels stuffy by the afternoon. In particular, the crown of my head sometimes feels hot, and I occasionally experience itching, which is bothering me.
Even though I shampoo every day, my hair feels greasy quickly, and I am worried about scalp odor. However, if I use a shampoo with too strong a cleansing power, my scalp seems to become dry and sensitive, so I don't know which product to use.
Has anyone else struggled with scalp heat or excessive oiliness during the summer like I have? I would appreciate it if you could share tips on choosing a shampoo or your scalp care routine.
I am also curious if products like scalp scaling, hair tonics, and scalp masks are actually helpful. Additionally, if you have any daily care methods that have been effective for you, such as hair washing times, drying techniques, or dietary habits, please share them with me.
If you have any products you have actually used and were satisfied with, or any care tips, please recommend them!!
