I'm so stressed out lately because of my forehead acne, so I'm wondering if it's something that can be resolved with home care. My skin isn't usually that sensitive, but recently I've been getting small, bumpy, millet-like bumps and red pimples, which is really bothering me.
It feels like it gets worse, especially on days when I wear my bangs down, so it's stressful for no reason.
I wash my face thoroughly and try to take care of it, but I don't understand why it keeps breaking out.
I searched online and found a lot of tips like changing pillowcases frequently, keeping my bangs out of my hair, and reducing oily cosmetics. I'm curious if these methods are actually effective.
I also want to know how much improvement is possible with home care alone.
I'm wondering if it tends to improve if I consistently use things like soothing masks or acne ointments, or if it's at a level where I'll eventually need to visit a dermatologist.
I'm also scared that if I touch it with my hands, it might leave a scar or a mark.
If anyone has actually seen improvement with home care for forehead acne, please recommend which management methods or products were effective.
