I have some cleansing water at home that I received as a gift.

I'm curious how to use this.

According to the instructions on the container, apply to a cotton pad

Lightly wipe off and no point makeup

Press gently for about 10 seconds, wipe it off, and on the skin

It says that you can rinse it off or not rinse it.

Q1. Do I really not need to rinse it off?

I felt uneasy not washing my face, so I washed it again
