Springtime skin itching is affecting my daily life... I'm curious about how to manage it.
Lately, I have been very concerned about springtime skin itching. I haven't used any new cosmetics or detergents, but my skin frequently itches for no apparent reason. The symptoms worsen particularly at night while I sleep, disrupting my restful sleep. When I scratch, my skin turns red and becomes severely irritated, causing discomfort that often lasts until the next day. I am not sure if it is due to dryness or some other cause like an allergic reaction, and I wonder if lifestyle habits or environmental factors might be playing a role. I try my best to apply moisturizer thoroughly, but I feel frustrated because it doesn't seem to make much of a difference. I would like to hear advice from anyone who has had a similar experience regarding how they managed it, or if a visit to a dermatologist is absolutely necessary.
