Are 💐fragrant🧴 hand creams generally not very moisturizing🥺?

Do scented hand creams generally have poor moisturizing power?

Personally, I place importance on scent, so when buying hand cream, I tend to prefer brands with pleasant fragrances.

I always feel this way, but while the scent is nice, the moisturizing power is weak, so my hands get dry quickly.

Is it because my skin is naturally very dry? Or is the moisturizing power generally on the weaker side?
