Dental floss vs. interdental brushes, which is better? I'm really curious!

Lately, I've been paying more attention to my dental care, so I'm planning to try using both dental floss and interdental brushes.

I'm confused about which one is better.

Dental floss feels like it cleans thoroughly, while interdental brushes feel like they scrape cleanly, so it seems like each has its pros and cons...치실 vs 치간칫솔 뭐가 더 좋나요? 진짜 궁금해요!

I looked it up

Dental floss is good for people with narrow spaces between their teeth, and

I heard that interdental brushes are more effective if there are gaps between teeth or if your gums have receded.

That's why it's even more confusing 😂

I'm wondering if I need to use both, or if using just one consistently is enough!

    치실은 세밀하게 관리되고 치간칫솔은 넓은 간격에 좋아요.
본인 치아 상태에 맞게 병행하면 더 효과적이에요

잇몸아래까지 커버하려면 치실은 꼭 써야겠더라구요

    저는 임플란트 한부위는 치간칫솔 사용하구요 
전체적으로는 치실을 사용해요 ㅎ
근데 전에 치과에서 치간칫솔 잇몸에 넣어서 쓰면 된다던데
어떻게 틈이 안보이는데 그냥 쑤셔서 넣을 자신이 없더라구요 ^^;;; 아무리 작은 치간칫솔이라고해도요
