In the past, I felt like my skin condition would improve quickly just by getting enough sleep. However, lately there have been many days when my skin looks dry and dull, even after getting enough rest. Especially when you look in the mirror in the morning, there are times when your face looks lifeless. I was also curious whether my skin condition itself had changed, or if it was due to a lack of moisture. My basic skincare products are the same, but it feels like there are suddenly more days when my makeup looks cakey. So I find myself wondering if this isn't a problem that can be solved simply by sleeping. I've heard that skin is greatly affected by lifestyle habits, but I don't even know what I should change first. Some people said that drinking plenty of water helps, while others suggested that more moisturizing is necessary. I am curious to know at what point everyone feels their skin recovery speed has slowed down.
