Are there any mild and gentle ampoules for managing blemishes?

Lately, I keep getting melasma. At some point, I noticed some dark spots on my cheekbones, and then more small ones started appearing around them, and the number of spots has increased.
I happened to have The Ordinary Vitamin Powder at home, so I mixed it with my moisturizer and used it, but it stung a bit and then my skin turned red. It is The Ordinary Ascorbic Acid Powder shown in the picture. Perhaps because my skin condition has been quite poor lately, it seems to be irritating my skin, so I plan to put it aside for now and use it when my skin improves.
Are there any gentle ampoules or serums for dark spots and blemishes? I would appreciate recommendations for hypoallergenic products suitable for thin and sensitive skin like mine. Ideally, I would like something that isn't too drying and has just the right amount of moisture.
