Now that the weather is getting warmer, the sebum around my nose is exploding! Do you have any tips for removing it without irritation?

I feel like my skin has gotten much oilier lately, perhaps because the weather has suddenly gotten warmer.
I am especially stressed out because the bumpy blackheads and white sebum around my nose bother me so much whenever I look in the mirror.
I really want to just pull them all out with a nose pack, but I did that once before and my pores visibly widened, so I'm hesitant to reach for it.
I'm also being cautious because squeezing it out with a cotton swab seems to irritate the skin too much.
Do you have your own secret method for managing nose sebum smoothly without irritation?
I am wondering if gently dissolving it with cleansing oil is the best, or if a low-irritation gommage-type peeling agent would be better.
