Does the habit of going to sleep without washing my hair at night affect hair loss?
I've heard so many times that it's good to wash your hair at night.
I was even more concerned because I heard it's bad to sleep with sebum and dust still on your scalp.
But if I wash my hair at night before going to sleep, it often looks greasy the next morning, so I end up washing it again.
So for a while, I washed my hair at night and again in the morning, but honestly, washing it twice a day was starting to feel like a burden.
My scalp is on the sensitive side, so I felt like washing it too often actually made it dry.
I've been washing my hair only in the morning lately, but I'm worried that if this habit continues, it might be bad for my scalp health.
Especially since I heard that lifestyle habits have a significant impact on hair loss, I’ve started to worry about it even more for no reason.

    두피에 피지나 땀 남은 상태가 계속 반복되면 두피 환경에는 안 좋을 수 있더라구요
