Is this lip balm good for lips with dead skin cells and wrinkles?

After looking around, I saw a lot of reviews saying that the Ginger Sugar Lip Mask is practically the 'ultimate' for soothing dead skin cells! I heard that if you apply a generous amount before bed, your lips will feel soft the next day...
Will it make my lips smooth even if I use it, like I do, as I have some lip wrinkles?
I heard that the texture is very sticky, so I'm wondering if it's uncomfortable while sleeping.
By any chance, has anyone experienced their lips becoming more sensitive or stinging after using this?
If anyone has actually seen results, please share your honest reviews! I really want to stick with this this time.
