My hands get very chapped even though I apply hand cream diligently. Please recommend a good moisturizing hand cream.

It is winter, and I have a job that requires me to wash my hands frequently.

Even though I apply hand cream diligently, my hands keep getting chapped.

But the strange thing is, my left hand isn't chapped, only my right hand is severely chapped.

I'm washing my hands the same way, you know... My skin is cracking so badly that it's turning black.

Honestly, I used this because it smelled good and was decent.

Is there a hand cream that moisturizes longer and keeps hands hydrated than this?
