저두요저두요 ㅠㅠ 특별한 날 아니면 선크림만 바르네염ㅠ
My skin gets stuck in my pores whenever I apply foundation... It's seriously so stressful.
Lately, my self-esteem hits rock bottom every time I do my makeup. I clearly do my skincare, apply primer, and try to apply a thin layer of foundation, but when I look in the mirror, makeup is stuck in every single pore. It is especially bad around my nose and cheeks; instead of the foundation going on smoothly, it feels like it just emphasizes each and every pore. My skin looks even dirtier up close, and it really upsets me because it actually looks messier than on days when I don't wear makeup.
I honestly don't know if the problem is my makeup technique, if my skin texture is ruined, or if the products I'm using just don't suit me. I've tried following every method I found online that's supposed to be good, but since nothing changes, I'm losing confidence more and more. I find myself avoiding certain angles when taking photos with friends, and I'm even afraid to look in the mirror before leaving the house. I'm supposed to look prettier when I wear makeup, but why does it feel like I look uglier the more I do it?
For those of you who, like me, find foundation settling into your pores, how do you manage it? I really desperately need to know how to improve my skin texture so that it settles less and looks smooth. I want to get rid of this problem… 😢
