๐คฆ Milia that return every seasonโฆ How on earth do I get rid of them completely?
The really strange thing is that tiny pimples invariably pop up whenever the seasons change. They appear in the spring because of the transition, in the summer because of sweat and sebum, in the fall because it gets dry again, and in the winter, perhaps because of lack of moisture... The reasons change all year round, but the result is always the same: those bumpy, tiny pimples.
It's more noticeable when I wear makeup, and my skin texture shows through when I don't, so I dislike both.
Iโve tried changing my cleansing routine, reducing toner, using a lighter cream, and carefully managing exfoliation, but it only gets better for a while before returning to its original state as soon as the seasons change, as if itโs reset. It feels like theyโre saying, "Weโre going to settle down here"...
The hardest part is that itโs not exactly painful acne, so it feels a bit awkward to go to the hospital, but if I leave it alone, it feels like it just keeps piling up.
I'm scared of scarring if I squeeze them, but if I leave them alone, my skin seems to be getting rougher, so I'm getting stressed.
Every time I look in the mirror, the words "Ah, here we go again..." automatically come out.
Is there really no way to get rid of the milia that appear every season?
I'm so exhausted because no matter how much I try to take care of it, there's no end in sight. I want to escape this situation where my mood is being shaken along with my skin, but I have no idea where things went wrong.
For those of you who, like me, suffer from tiny pimples all year round... how do you seriously manage to hold out?
