For those whose skin has suddenly become a mess, please recommend a skin regeneration cream.

My skin condition has suddenly deteriorated over the past few days.
Redness started appearing mainly around my cheeks and chin, and my skin kept reacting sensitively.
I don't have any major breakouts, but it stings just from washing my face, and I feel a burning sensation even when I don't apply anything, so it really bothers me.
Lately, even the cosmetics I usually use feel irritating, so I'm sorting them out one by one and trying to keep my skin as simple as possible.
I have stopped using all exfoliants and functional products, and now that I feel like I need to rebuild my skin barrier, I am looking into skin regeneration creams.
When I search on the internet, everyone says it's good, so it actually makes me more hesitant.
